Your medical provider may have provided antibiotics if an infection was suspected. However, if you are taking antibiotics and your wound still isn’t healing, it may be other underlying conditions that are impacting your ability to heal.
Wound care services are important in determining what is hindering your healing, and how to address those factors. It is imperative that we see you as soon as possible to avoid costly hospitalization and/or the need for extensive surgeries.
